Does the equipment use a lot of power?

All orders in the UK include free delivery, installation, and onsite training.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within one week.
Once your order has been placed, one of our advisors will contact you to schedule an installation date.
Deliveries within the UK usually take 1-2 weeks from the date of order. Available install dates will be provided.
Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your chamber and equipment must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at sales@betterhomeliving.co.uk. Please note that returns will be managed by our installers who will contact you to arrange a time and date for collection.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation, and the installer will be in touch to confirm collection within 14 days. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note the buyer is responsible for paying for shipping of returns.
